The S&B Intake Elbow is significantly larger than the stock elbow, reducing airflow restriction and increasing the volume of air reaching your engine. The OEM system uses two nuts that commonly loosen over time, potentially entering the combustion chamber and destroying the engine. S&B’s Grid Heater Delete Plate, paired with the S&B Intake Air Heater, replaces this failure-prone setup with a far more reliable coil-style heater.
