CSF & Full-Race engineers identified this critical vulnerability during extensive real-world testing of F-150 and Raptor models under demanding conditions. Having to stop and wait for your transmission to cool down is more than just an inconvenience, it is a limitation that shouldn't exist in a truck like this.
The CSF transmission oil cooler eliminates the concern of overheating. The advanced design features CSF's proprietary AC Condenser Technology, utilizing a 1-Row Super-High Pressure 26mm 10-Channel Microtube architecture that maximizes both oil flow and cooling surface area. The result is dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.

CSF & Full-Race designed the Transmission Oil Cooler to easily replace the OEM unit. The Plug-and-Play "Drop-in Fit" installation takes under 30 minutes and greatly improves the reliability and longevity of your transmission.

CSF offers a Heavy-Duty/High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiators for the 2015-2025 F-150 & Raptor (CSF #8095 & #8303) that perfectly compliments the upgraded Transmission Oil Cooler. An upgraded radiator helps eliminate the concern of overheating. These advanced designs feature larger 2-Row, 42mm aluminum cores which increase the fluid capacity of the radiators, and greatly improves heat dissipation. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The result is a dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.

Fitment Notes
Not all F-150's came equipped with front mounted transmission oil coolers. Visually verify or check with a Ford dealer if your specific vehicle is factory equipped with either the Ford: FL3Z-7A095-A or HL3Z-7A095-A. If your F-150 is equipped with the Ford: ML3Z-7869-C Transmission Oil Cooler, the CSF #8102 will not fit your truck without modifications*. If your F-150 has the factory Heavy Duty Towing Package, you should have a front mount transmission oil cooler.

You should be able to see the transmission oil cooler and mounting cradle behind the front grille.
*It should be possible to retrofit the cooling system onto an F-150 only equipped with the Ford: ML3Z-7869-C. It would require replacing the Ford: ML3Z-7869-C with the parts found on Heavy Duty Towing Package equipped F-150s. This could include but is not limited to the following:
