The Chassis Unlimited “Octane Series” front winch bumper ships to your door ready to install on your truck, complete with our 3-Stage texture black powder coat.
The bumper features room for up to a 12,000 LB winch, HD 1” thick recovery points, and mounts up to 4 LED Cube lights in the outer wings of the bumper.
The Octane series bumpers bring an entire new style to the bumper market and offer an industry-first low-profile fitment with aggressive styling. The Octane series is designed as a 3 Piece modular bumper, the outer bumper wings bolt to the center core section of the bumper. This modular design allows us to offer an extreme tight contour of the vehicle, as well as a product design & extreme strength that will last a lifetime. All of Chassis Unlimited’s products are designed & manufactured in Livermore California.
Simple bolt-on installation, no welding or grinding is needed to install our Octane Series bumpers. Most Installations are completed in a few hours or less with basic hand tools; the bumpers directly bolt onto your vehicle. Remove your factory bumper/mounts, and our product directly bolts onto your vehicle’s factory bumper mounting locations.
The Octane Series front winch bumper allows your winch to mount directly into the bumper. 3” Cube Lights are positioned next to the winch fairlead as well as two 3” cube lights in each wing of the bumper, totaling six cube lights in the front bumper. Octane series bumpers accept up to 12,000 LB Winches, however, due to our low profile designs, the bumpers do not fit larger body winches such as the WARN M Series. Any of the winches in our winch section fit excellent. Winches with a top-mounted control box/solenoid box must be relocated next to the winch or into the engine bay. All winch bumpers have winch-free spool access points on the top side of the bumper, for use of your winch.
