This BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler represents the next generation of intercoolers. Designed specifically for the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor 3.5L (tt) Ecoboost, this BladeRunner intercooler utilizes a 3" bar and plate core design. The end tanks are constructed of 3/16" 5052 aluminum and TIG-Welded for superior strength and durability. aFe has also added CNC machined ports which can be used for a condensation drain, sensors, or water methanol injection.

  • 1/8" NPT port, are provided for connecting pressure sensors or water methanol injection
  • Retains OE style intercooler quick connect adapter made from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum
  • 5-Ply Polyester Reinforced Silicone coupling for strength
  • Includes premium stainless steel clamps for a secure fit

End Tanks:
The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of 3/16'' TIG-Welded aluminum plates.

3" Bar and Plate Core Design:
The use of the bar and plate core design allows for greater airflow and better efficiency.

Billet Aluminum Inlet/Outlets:
This BladeRunner Intercooler uses dual 2-1/2" inlets and a 3" outlet for superior strength and durability.

TIG-Welded:
100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks.

Flow and Performance:
aFe Power's cold side tube is constructed from 3-1/2" and 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for maximum flow then, powder-coated for a nice finish. The high-temp powder-coating also insulates the tube from engine heat and protects the tube from corrosion. The smooth transition bends decrease turbulence, minimize pressure loss, while increasing horsepower and torque. This tube is also equipped with a billet aluminum factory style quick connect adapter that seals with an o-ring. One 1/8" NPT port which is also provided on the tube for a sensor or water-methanol injection.

Condensation Drain:
The intercooler includes a 1/8" NPT brass breather vent for automatic draining, of condensation or any type of build up inside the intercooler. For those who wish to manually drain the build up we have also included a solid NPT plug.

Perfect Fit:
Utilizes the factory mounting locations to provide stability for a hassle-free installation. Includes high quality stainless steel clamps and heavy-duty 5-Ply couplings for strength.

FIBERGLASS SHIPPING POLICY:
Our shipping department takes the same time and effort in packaging your products as our engineers do in designing them. However, damage can still occur in shipping. Most of these damaged items can be easily repaired during install and or in paint prep. If this is not the case, the buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and if need be, notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver’s presence. A signed receipt without any notation releases the carrier as well as SDHQ from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. The buyer must notify SDHQ of any damages within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notion on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for the repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to SDHQ and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount shall be addressed with the carrier. SDHQ, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

POWDER COATED ROCK SLIDERS SHIPPING POLICY: While we pack with care, we advise against shipping powder-coated sliders due to the risk of scuffs/scratches during transit. Any shipping-related damage isn't covered by SDHQ.

GOOSE GEAR SHIPPING POLICY: All Goose Gear products are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. By checking this box, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for understanding the unique nature of our custom manufacturing process.

RETURNS:
Some items may be eligible to be returned if returned as new within 30 days of shipping, with a 20% re-stocking fee. If eligible for return, the return amount will be for store credit. There are NO returns after 30 days from the date of receipt. Freight is nonrefundable. Refunds will be given on parts only and exclude labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition.
